Quality Control Systems require all projects to be bolted together before galvanizing. When you receive your project, it has already been bolted together at least once.
In many cases, after galvanizing, the project is shipped bolted together a second time with a full galvanized fit up and test out of the project.
The fit up process is governed by shipping requirements. In many cases, the project can be shipped bolted together in our modular "Fast-Erect" system with very little erection time in the field. This saves time and money with no burning or cutting in the field.
For example, Goldline's patented, modular "Fast-Erect" bolt together Loading Rack System was designed to provide a safe, fast system for field erection that would allow the customer to control the field erection time and cost safely. This "Fast-Erect" System allows a client to estimate the assembly cost more accurately and assembly time is shorter. This saves time and therefore hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Because of the modular design, Loading Rack expansion is very quick and simple.
